कोंढवा – सदर घटना ही दिनांक ०१/०२/२०२२ रोजीचे दरम्यान आरोपीचे राहते घरी घडली आहे. यातील समीर याकुब शेख वय ३५ वर्षे रा. लक्ष्मीनगर लेन नं.०६ कोंढवा पुणे याने पिडीत अल्पवयीन निर्भया हीस दुकानातुन पत्ते आणायला सांगुन ते देत असताना निर्भया हीस हाताला धरुन तिला त्याच्या राहत्या घरामध्ये ओढुन ती अल्पनवयीन असल्याची जाणीव असताना तिचेवर अत्याचार केला आहे.

म्हणून फिर्यादी यांनी दिलेल्या फिर्यादीवरुन कोंढवा पोलीस स्टेशन येथे गु.र.नं ८९/२०२२ भा.दं.वि. कलम ३७६ (२) (ए) (बी), ३४२ सह बालकांचे लैंगिक अपराधापासून संरक्षण अधिनियम सन २०१२ चे कलम ४,५ (एन), ८, १२ प्रमाणे गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला होता.सदर गुन्हयाचा तपास सहा. पोलीस निरीक्षक संदिप मधाळे, तत्का. नेमणूक कोंढवा पोलीस स्टेशन सध्या नेमणूक वाहतुक शाखा पुणे शहर यांनी केला व यातील आरोपीविरुद्ध मा. न्यायालयामध्ये मुदतीत दोषारोपपत्र सादर केले.

वरील प्रकरणामध्ये सबळ साक्षीपुराव्या अंती मा. अतिरीक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश, शिवाजीनगर, पुणे यांनी आरोपी समीर याकुब शेख यास दिनांक ०४/०६/२०२६ रोजी २० वर्षे सश्रम कारावास व १० हजार रुपये दंड व दंड न भरल्यास ६ महिने साधा कारावास अशी शिक्षा सुनावली आहे.सरकारी पक्षातर्फे सरकारी अभियोक्ता श्री. अनिलकुमार वर्मा, कोर्ट पैरवी पोलीस उप-निरी. प्रसाद जाधव, पोलीस अंमलदार अंकुश बनसोडे व पोलीस अंमलदार सुदाम वावरे (सध्या नेमणुक नांदेड सिटी पो.स्टे.) यांनी कामकाज पाहिले.
